A surprise stay by the marina

The staff was incredibly helpful, ensuring we felt welcome. The views from our balcony were breathtaking, especially during sunset. A true gem for relaxation.

However, the lack of towels upon arrival and the insufficient parking made things a bit frustrating. It took some time to get these resolved.

The views from the balcony overlooking the marina easily steal the show, creating a relaxing atmosphere. Three pools, including two just for kids, cater perfectly to families, allowing plenty of space to splash around without the usual crowd.

Navigating the many steep stairs can be quite a workout—definitely not for anyone with mobility issues. The furniture shows significant wear and tear. the rooms, while clean, feel cramped with minimal seating, leaving the bed as your only option to sit. Having coffee only available after 8:00 AM is a downer for early risers.

I loved the spacious king room with fantastic views. The two pools were clean and inviting. Access to the beach club was a great perk. The staff were friendly and attentive. Relaxing by the marina was a highlight! 🌊

A Hidden Gem with Fantastic Family-Friendly Vibes!

This cozy hotel exceeded our expectations! The pools were perfect for our kids, and breakfast options included delicious local dishes that we loved. Enjoyed remarkable views from the junior suite's balcony. A must-try, the small beach nearby. Bring your Spanish skills for better interactions with the lovely staff.

having stayed in santa cruz huatulco before, this hotel pleasantly surprised me with its spacious double room and excellent beach club access. the staff was friendly and attentive, making our stay enjoyable, and the location was perfect for exploring the marina. overall, it exceeded my expectations during our long stay.

tv channels were very blurred.

Mosquitoes aside, the hotel's beach club was a delightful escape with attentive staff, great service, and lovely views. However, the room lacked a fridge and coffee maker, and I'd hoped for better housekeeping, as towels were old and stained.

Comfortable room, helpful staff, with excellent food options at the restaurant that served delicious breakfasts and a friendly bar/lounge area for relaxing evenings.

This place suits me perfectly! I love the 24-hour reception, outdoor swimming pool, and friendly staff who helped me with heavy bags on my first visit. The service is always excellent. I’ll be back for the weekend!
